Anoma is a fast-paced company that is expanding rapidly and we are seeking IT Sales / Business development manager who will share our vision for the future and work collaboratively in order to accomplish Anoma’s goals. We pride ourselves on providing superior service to our clients, which includes having attention to detail, following the processes in place, and being able to adapt to a variety of situations

Preference would be given to Account Managers who have managed large accounts

Responsibilities

  1. Understanding the Client Requirements thoroughly and work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill them
  2. Negotiate/coordinate contract rates with clients/consultants, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives
  3. Develop relationships and grow business into clients
  4. Partner with internal/external resources throughout the sales cycle as needed
  5. Effectively communicate and present the full range of our services, and how our services can benefit the client
  6. Work effectively with senior IT executives, middle management, human resources departments, hiring managers, project managers, and line decision influencers in the marketing and technology disciplines

Skills/Experience

  1. Solid experience in selling IT Projects / Solutions and IT Staffing services
  2. Experience in Sales / Account Management / New Business Development
  3. Good understanding and experience in selling offshore and onsite model
  4. Good account management experience in managing accounts with revenues $3-4 million or more
  5. Knowledge of technology-related business development and staffing services
  6. Knowledge with account management / relationship management / account penetration
  7. Any prior experience working with US clients would be preferred
